Meditation is an amazing tool that I use regularly to help me come back into the present moment and exist without judgment. It’s an opportunity to step away from the distractions of the outside world and just focus on your breath. I made this meditation short so that even someone with an extremely busy day can enjoy the benefits of mindfulness – even just for a few minutes. Remember, even a little time spent on self-care is better than no time at all!
